Dear SGM Lu and respected CHITF Promotion Committee,

I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the CHITF organization, after discussing it for hours with our organization’s leaders and studying the clear policies that govern the promotion process. We have carefully reviewed the guidelines established by the Committee and are committed to meeting the requirements during our one-year probationary period. Master Lara and I will join on behalf of ACITF during the probationary period and will ensure that the required guidelines are met. disseminated to the other members so that after the trial year we can escalate our affiliation to the connection of the ACITF organization. During this period, we are committed to actively promoting CHITF in our countries, we will organize and participate in seminars and invite high-ranking CHITF Masters/GMs, and we will send our training videos to CHITF world headquarters. We understand the importance of demonstrating our commitment and dedication to the organization, as well as meeting the necessary criteria to be considered for promotion to higher grades.
