International Dan Certificate Application Process
TO BE DONE UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF EXAM ONLY

A.    To apply for a Dan Certificate:

1.   Ensure applicant/student has completed and passed the test.

2.  Obtain approval from Senior Grand Master (SGM) Phap Lu by sending a request to itfhq@chitf.org.  Include the test date in the request.

3.  Your request will be reviewed.  Once approved, an email with SGM Phap Lu’s approval will be sent to you.

For special requirements, contact SGM Phap Lu, President CHITF directly at itfhq@chitf.org.

B.    When approval has been granted:

1. Download the Chan Hun Ryu ITF- Dan application form and CHITF Dan certificates application list.

2.  Complete the form and payment.

3.    Forward the approval email and attach the completed form to itfhq@chitf.org.  This confirms you have made payment.

4.    We will notify you by email upon receiving the completed form and payment. When the application is processed, the certificate will be mailed to the address provided in the form.  All information will be confidential and recorded in our system.
