Membership Application Instructions

1.    Download the CHAN HUN ITF- Membership Agreement form and CHAN HUN ITF Unlimited Personal Release Agreement.

2.    Complete required information and save the forms.

3.    Email the completed form as an attachment to itfhq@chitf.org

4.    We will notify you by email upon receiving the completed form.

5.    Once your form has been reviewed, we will contact you regarding payment details.

PLEASE NOTE: New CHITF Membership applicant is in a one-year observation period; this is a mutual better way for both parties to get to know each other. Both parties have the right to cease the relationship at any period of time of the observation period year, if either party finds that the CHITF Membership is not suitable, the membership fees will be returned to the applicant upon notice.
