CHITF conducted the Umpire Certification course to ensure our Black Belts are qualified to officiate and judge at National, World Cup and International tournaments.  The course consists of reviewing and understanding the Umpire rules and regulations as outlined in the “CHITF Competition and Umpire Rules” document. Open discussions are encouraged to ensure common understanding and opportunity to improve for the future.
